This is our mat pomade by Hey Joe! It is a modern water-based wax-pomade with a fresh hazelnut scent. For a firm hold, natural matt look and easy to washout. Fabricated in Spain.

The new cream pomade of the Spanish barbers is the interpretation of the traditional matte cream with a real pinch of “Hey Joe! The fragrance is intense, but not intrusive, and reminds of a chocolate bread spread with a pleasant warm and light smell of hazelnut.

The consistency is very creamy but the stickiness after rubbing out surpasses many waterbased pomades on the market. Therefore, the Hey Joe! Matt Pomade should be used sparingly.

Even though it is a sticky pomade, it can be applied very smoothly. It provides for a firm but still flexible hold and can be used for all hair types and hairstyles. Not to forget the most remarkable thing about this pomade is the matt effect on the hair after application. It leaves the hairstyle natural and dull, without any gloss in the finish.

As with all modern pomades based on water, the wash-out is as usual very pleasing, thanks to the contained chemistry: only water on the hairstyle and the pomade is completely out. This makes this vegan pomade also suitable for beginners.
