Where are my orders coming from?
Our warehouse is based in the Netherlands, this is also the location from where our orders are being sent from.
How can I place an order?
To place an order you just simply click on "Cart" in the menu above, here you can view the items you have added to the cart. To place the order continue by clicking on "Proceed to checkout". From here on just follow the steps indicated.
How long does shipping take?
This completely varies from the location the parcel needs to be shipped to. We try to get your parcel as fast as possible to your home!
How can I use my coupon?
You can apply your coupon in the cart. It is also possible to do this later in the checkout menu. Make sure you enter the coupon correctly, some coupon codes are case-sensetive.
Is it possible to return my items?
Yes! Unfortunately we cannot accept opened items. If you want to return an item please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
What if an item is out of stock?
Ouch, sometimes an item gets out of stock, fortunately is this something that barely happens. But when it does, we will restock it as soon as possible. So keep an eye out.
How long does it take for a reply?
We try to reply to any contact form within 24 hours, but we strive to do this even within a few hours.
